We start the week with a minus to Ottawa Senators goaltender Martin Gerber, who needs to find a better way to say thanks. With the game on the line Sunday, Chris Phillips bailed out his keeper with a huge play on Martin Lapointe, saving a goal with a timely block. Gerber tried to express his appreciation during a timeout. But instead of a love tap on the glove, he hacked Philips on the bare finger with his stick.
